Responsible for technical and structural building management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for ensuring the technical functionality, safety and maintenance of buildings and facilities. You monitor the regular maintenance of the technical facilities, organize repair work and control the construction of the buildings. You conduct and coordinate structural maintenance and rehabilitation projects in the rental area or commercial leased areas, You receive deficiencies and/or damage reports and deal with insurance cases. You get offers, commission and tax external craftsmen and maintenance companies You dispose and guide a small team of hired masters for tasks related to the buildings. You document all the measures taken, conduct state reports and communicate proactively and safely with tenants as well as building and housing owners You work closely with the commercial object management and take over data management in technical building management.

You have completed your studies in one of the following degree programs: Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Construction), Building Management, Building Technology or State-certified Bautechniker with comparable qualifications. You bring several years of professional experience in construction management, construction site support as well as in the planning and execution of construction projects, preferably in the construction and renovation of old and new buildings. You have a well-founded knowledge in the creation of planning documents, ideally with Auto-CAD, and you know the processes in building management. You show technical understanding, craftsmanship and a pronounced willingness to use. You are a team-oriented, strong communication and can respond with empathy to the needs of employees, colleagues, tenants and external partners. You remain resilient even at high workloads, work structured and are motivated to take responsibility and develop professionally. You can communicate safely in English
