Construction Manager for Building Construction (General Contractor | TU) (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the complete turnkey construction of our projects – this also includes the adjustment of dates, quality monitoring and compliance with construction and safety regulations. With skill and clarity, you coordinate the works at the construction site, supervise subcontractors, and are contact persons for the builders and your needs. In a predictive manner, you identify problems at an early stage and explain constructively with the employees and partners involved. You carry out ongoing budget controls and carry out follow-up management.

You bring a basic training in the artisanal field and have ideally trained yourself as master, technician, engineer or architect. With your team-enabled and solution-oriented approach, you can find solutions in challenging situations and get positive and competent. With your Hands-on mentality, you actively contribute and do not hesitate to actively take the next steps. Dealing with customers, authorities and partner companies is easy for you.
