Claims Specialist (m/f/d)

Treatment of damage: self-employed handling and handling of complex liability damage, in particular from professional and business liability insurance.

Customer support: care and advice of specialty brokers, large customers and insurance companies.

Legal assessment: Analysis and legal assessment of legal and legal situations (judgment and coverage) and development of practical solutions.

Negotiations & Procedures: Own-sponsored negotiation with all parties, accompaniment of judicial procedures, completion of comparisons and decision on process recordings.

Damage Management & Regress: Active large-scale damage management, detection and enforcement of regression possibilities, costing and adaptation of reserves, documentation in file notes.

Expert participation: participation in guidelines, projects and working groups, as well as the design and implementation of specialist lectures and webinars.

Service travel: In case of need for brokers, customers and meetings in damages.

Qualification: Full lawyer or lawyer with relevant professional experience in the processing of industrial liability damage.

Expertise: Good technical understanding, pronounced analytical thinking and conceptual skills.

Decision-making: safe judgment and the ability to make decisions on economic and legal aspects.
