You are responsible for the further development and monitoring of the tax-compliance system, the ongoing establishment of legal instruments and the active participation in their implementation. You carry out the tax due diligence of capital investment, develop structures to capital investment and actively promote the two decision-makers. You take care of the tax integration of investments in the Group You are responsible for the subject of In­vestment Tax Law (InvStG) and External Taxation (AStG) You shall carry out the inter­national administrative duties (DAC6, CbCR, pCbCR, Pillar 2, FATCA, CRS) and shall keep them in You produce opinions, for example, in the context of claims on binding information or in the case of requests from other departments You give investment self-employed

You have a successfully completed university degree with the reduction of taxes and invoices; A law-study is an alternative to this. You have a successfully completed tax consultancy and very good knowledge in German and international tax law. You have a single experience in the field of tax transaction and structuring counselling You possess reliable information in word and writing; A foreign investment is advantageous You are distinguished by a solution-oriented, struc­tured and proactive mode of operation, are conscious, reliable and absolutely reliable. You operate autonomously with respect to seniors and economic and tax inspectors You have a high level of performance and have an extremely fast definition, an inter-disciplinar thinking and a safe performance in the inter­national environment.
