They play a key role in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with a focus on the design of a secure and future-oriented authorization management. As an advisor, they manage independently demanding projects for the further development of IAM processes and bring regulatory requirements in line with operational objectives. Special responsibility for regulatory implementation: They drive regulatory and safety-relevant requirements in the IAM environment, focus on segregation of duty (SoD / functional separation), advance independently, analyze action requirements and develop practical solutions. Consulting & Interface Management: They advise executives, departments and internal stakeholders on issues related to IAM topics Management reporting: They create meaningful reports and decision bases for management and serve relevant bodies. Test reference: They are a contact person for internal and external audits and ensure a timely and professionally sound processing of audit requirements.

Multiannual experience in IAM as well as sound know-how in the regulatory environment (e.g. DORA, VAIT, MaRisk, ISO 27001, GDPR) Experience in introducing segregation of duty (SoD / functional separation) Experience in the development of specifications, work instructions and training Experience in cooperation with examiners and in dealing with management levels and disciplines High level of self-responsibility, communication strength and analytical thinking Project management experience Interest in working in an agile environment
