To build our new global SAP Competence Center, we are looking for SAP experts who support us in the specific modules FI, CO, MM, SD, QM, SRM, IBP, WM, PDM and PP. You take responsibility for the development and control of the modules in the central systems and connect strategic expansion towards SAP-HANA with operational implementation. Here, close cooperation with the adjacent modules is set to develop good and efficient end-to-end processes. Main tasks Conception and operation: support, further development and stabilization of the SAP modules or technical and technical support of SAP components Requirements Management: Recording, specification and prioritization of technical requirements together with the GKU of the department and support of local requirements in local GAAP and IFRS Customizing and Rollouts: Implementation of customizing solutions, configurations and release management for module-specific functions in cooperation with a development provider Provider Management: Control of external providers Interfaces and integration: Implementation and monitoring of interfaces to SAP to other modules, HCM and non-SAP systems (IDoc, RFC, PO) Error analysis and support: Second/Third level support for incidents, root cause analyses and coordination with key users and developers Test and Quality Assurance: Planning and Conducting Tests, Creating Test Cases and Accompanying SAP Updates and Patches Process Optimization and Automation: Identification of Efficiency Potentials, Implementation of Automations and Support for RPA/Workflow Initiatives and the Building of AI Solutions Documentation and Training: Creating Operational and Process Documentation, Training for Global Key Users Compliance and Audits: Ensuring compliance for processes, supporting audits and ad hoc audit requests The place can be occupied in Neuss or in Neuenstadt am Kocher

Completed studies or completed vocational training in the field of computer science and/or alternative qualifications Multiannual experience in SAP Knowledge in Customizing and Integration Experience with S/4HANA of advantage Knowledge in provider management Analytical thinking and process understanding Communication strength and team capacity German and English in Word and Writing
