Two seasons a year, six collections per season – for our colleagues from the Quality Control department, this means: check, measure and analyze the goods. And that always with great attention to detail and perfection and especially in close coordination with one another. Teamwork is in top position here. Senior Team Lead Quality Control (gn*)

You take over the leadership of a dedicated and highly motivated team within the Quality Control department (6 people) As a central interface, you coordinate cooperation with departments, suppliers and executives, ensure a smooth running of all processes, align different objectives with each other and thus ensure the optimal processing of the topics The development and motivation of your team are at your heart. You support talents, strengthen cooperation, and thus optimise the operational goals and processes together in the team You support the team with your own operational task in the control and release of test samples and test documents in the field of TEXTIL/clothing Your activities also include the implementation, evaluation and reporting of mechanical and physical checks, measurement control, matching of all quality requirements, as well as shipping and packaging regulations and complaints

A completed training in the textile industry (e.g. as clothing technicians, textile technicians) or a comparable training professional experience, of which at least two to three years in a leading role, ideally in the trade environment Experiences in quality testing of textiles are desirable Good PC – Knowledge (MS Office, SAP, ideally OSCA and PLM) Good to very good English knowledge Result-oriented work as well as excellent communication skills and team spirit A high degree of self-reflection, clear understanding of your strengths and potentials, as well as the awareness of personal development
