Maintenance & maintenance: Self-service maintenance of equipment Documentation: Processing and Creation of Maintenance Protocols Disruption analysis & repair: Detection of malfunctions as well as planning and execution of necessary repair measures Customer communication: Direct coordination and communication with the customer on site Emergency Service & Callfulness: Takeover of the Interference Service as part of the call readiness

Technical training: Completed training as a plant mechanic SHK or a comparable training in the field of gas, water, heating or ventilation / supply technology Additional qualifications: A further development as a service technician is advantageous. IT knowledge: Basic MS Office knowledge Mobility: driving licence class B
