Communications Officer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the strategic further development of the press, public relations and internal communication and implement these conceptually and operationally. You take over the overall contract for the parish magazine hoch&heilig (approx. 7,000) and conduct the editorial team in terms of content and organization. You design and edit the website as well as the social media appearance and develop the digital communication strategy. You actively participate in the press work, write texts and coordinate cooperation with the media. You provide a clear, targeted internal information culture and control the future digital collaboration and communication tool. You advise and support the dedicated teams in the design of communication materials and targeted messages.

Complete studies in communication science, journalism, education, media informatics or comparable qualifications. Multiannual experience in press and public relations and in editorial processes is desirable. Safe project management with knowledge in the planning, control and implementation of communication projects. Embossed communication and team skills as well as joy in cooperation with different target groups. Creativity, innovation joy and a sense of contemporary communication to introduce new ideas for internal and external formats. High literacy and an independent, structured and responsible way of working. Identification with targets and values the Catholic Church. readiness for flexible working hours. Driving license class B desired.
