Project Coordinator Production External Shipyard (m/f/d)

For a sophisticated new building project in the maritime environment, you play a central role in the care and control of production services on an external shipyard. In close cooperation with the internal project and production management, you ensure that contractually agreed services are implemented reliably, on time and in the required quality. You are an interface between project partners, clients, shipyards, suppliers and internal departments. Your tasks at a glance: You represent the project and business interests directly on site on the external yard and ensure a smooth process of production. As a fixed contact person, you are available to the project management of the contracting authority for all higher-level topics at the site. In design reviews and voting appointments with clients and shipyards, you are actively introducing yourself and preparing them professionally. Together with the planning team, you support the updating of production plans and keep an eye on dates and milestones. You ensure that the shipyard is supplied in time with building documents, technical information and machine data. The cooperation between suppliers, subcontractors and shipyard coordinates you in a structured and solution-oriented manner. You monitor the proper intermediate storage of supplied components and materials. Maintenance work at the site will be coordinated with the relevant internal teams and will support the organisation on site. For internal and external reporting, you create regular status contributions to the progress of production. Deviations from the plan, additional services and multi-working control you structured and transparent. You recognise risks early, evaluate them and actively contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate countermeasures. In addition, you provide technical assistance for contract and demand management.
