For the department ''AIR SIGINT Embedded SW'' at the Ulm site, we are looking for a Senior Software System Architect (m/d) The department is responsible for defining and developing complex software systems for airborne education. In the role of the 'Senior Software System Architects (w/m/d)', you are responsible for the definition and development, as well as supporting the integration and acceptance of a software subsystem for airborne education systems. Here you will develop solutions with interdisciplinary team taking into account costs, quality and time.

Analysis of customer and system requirements and transfer to technical concepts for embedded software solutions in the SIGINT area Creation of software-use-cases for airborne reconnaissance systems and derivation of software requirements to the components involved Creation and documentation of software architectures for complex, distributed software systems including detailed definition of software interfaces Technical responsibility for implementing complex software subsystems and technical coordination of all necessary software engineering activities, including the development activities of subcontractors Practical support for technical analysis of problems during the integration, verification and testing phase Active participation in customer workshops as part of development projects including presentation of complex technical relationships Technical evaluation of make-or-buy decisions regarding software components Mentoring and coaching of software development teams

Complete study of news technology, computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or comparable Long-standing practical experience and sound knowledge as software developer and/or software architect, in particular in complex distributed systems and challenging development projects Enforcement, responsibilities and motivation Analytical thinking and a high degree of readiness Experience in dealing with MatLab Extensive experiences in DOORS and Rhapsody Architect Knowledge in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Flowing German and English skills
