We are looking for: For our well-known customers in the steel industry, we are looking for an experienced truck driver (m/w/d) for picking and internal transport at Hagen site.

Your tasks:

• Picking of steel plates, steel products and assemblies by delivery note and order
• Secure internal transport of steel materials by forklift
• Loading and unloading of trucks in compliance with cargo safety regulations
• In- and out-booking of goods in the goods management system / ERP system
• Control of goods and exits
• Proper storage and provision of materials
• Responsible handling of heavy and large-format steel products
• Ensure cleanliness, order and safety in storage

Your profile:

• Multiannual professional experience as a forklift driver (m/w/d), ideally in steel trade, metal sector or heavy-duty logistics
• Ownership of a valid forklift certificate
• Experience in the transport and handling of steel plates, long materials or heavy metal products
• Safety in handling long dimensions and bulky steel products
• Experience with front papers, side papers or heavy load papers desirable
• Basic knowledge of goods management or ERP systems
• Technical understanding and careful working
• Loadability, teamability and reliability
• German language and writing
• Ready to change layer
