Deputy Head of the Academy of Health Sciences (m/f/d)

Their tasks include a diverse and responsible field of activity that contributes significantly to the further development of the health academy. You support and represent the academy management in conducting and organizational tasks and take on the technical responsibility for the field of paediatric education. With your commitment, you actively shape the further development of curricula and concepts, in particular with regard to the strategic orientation of the Academy with focus on digitization. In addition, you plan, conduct and evaluate courses in the training and further training courses of the health academy and accompany trainees in the context of the sponsorship concept pedagogically. Your expertise also contributes to the organization and acceptance of exams. A close cooperation with cooperation partners and practical facilities completes your varied task area.

Basic training in a health profession, ideally in a nursing profession Educational qualification on master level Multiannual professional and teaching experience Knowledge in project and change management with focus on digitalization processes in the health and education sector Experience in leadership and management desirable Specific knowledge and experience in health and child care
