The Your focus is on administration and IT. The theoretical modules (e.g. basic knowledge of public administration, project and business process management, basic IT, IT security, ERP systems: administration, ERP systems: human resources, finance, IT architecture etc.) form the basis for your subsequent practical activity (processing of user requirements on SAP systems and accompaniment of the job to implementation by IT specialists) and take place in Halberstadt at the University of Applied Sciences Harz. Practice In the practical modules, your extensive expertise is combined and applied in law, technology and administration. Your practical training is carried out within the DRV Bund in the areas where SAP applications are being worked (e.g. HR department and business service department). In part, the IT department can also be used directly with the software developers or in account management. In doing so, you apply your theoretical knowledge, deepen your communication, cooperation and service orientation skills and prepare for your later work. Future activities In close coordination with the specialist departments (e.g. HR department) you will develop their requirements for SAP systems. In cooperation with the IT areas, you will clarify how these requirements can be optimally implemented. You will act as an interface between departments and IT. Your activities will be varied and face new challenges. Your activities may include: Recording customer requirements, creating user requirements, formulating orders to the IT areas, managing meetings, supporting the client's order from the requirements to implementing IT areas, working and cooperation in quality assurance and testing management, cooperation in projects, etc. Good to know Since this is a specialist study, you will be able to develop yourself later as an SAP consultant. After successful completion of your studies, we guarantee you a takeover with us in the company. Our IT juniors get to know our areas of application/practice areas before the internship and can choose their place of training for interest. For your studies and practical training in IT areas, we provide you with a technical equipment (including a separate laptop).
