Maintenance and updating of the order overview, including the collection and documentation of incoming requests by the Staff Council and the representation of severely disabled persons and the processing of participation requests from the business and specialist departments Monitoring of deadlines, organisation of repositories and follow-up of open processes and documentation of the respective proceedings Preparation and compilation of documents for participation procedures and participation in the creation of templates for the participation of the Staff Council (according to NPersVG) and the Disability Representation (according to SGB IX) Processing of requests from the Staff Council and the Representation of Disabled Persons, participation in the formulation of letters of response, documentation and filing of completed procedures

You are immatriculated in a master's degree course in the field of personnel or law, ideally focusing on work law Alternatively, you are enrolled in a corresponding bachelor's course with an additional completed three-year training in commercial or administrative areas or have comparable qualifications You are safe to use common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
