Senior Manufacturing Technologist (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the comprehensive development, standardization and technical protection of manufacturing technologies in the fields of assembly and electronics production Technical management and coordination of manufacturing technology as well as prioritization and control of technological tasks in close coordination with the relevant departments Ensuring production, process and plant capability through cross-area coordination and control Analysis of complex technical problems and initiation and implementation of sustainable improvement measures Management and coordination of technology introductions, plant operation and optimization projects Central contact person for technical questions at the interfaces to internal departments, international locations as well as customers and suppliers Initiation, control and follow-up of measures to increase productivity, quality, plant availability and process safety Development and implementation of comprehensive standards, methods and best practices for manufacturing and special processes Responsibility for technology- and process-relevant key figures including derivation and implementation of appropriate measures Promoting knowledge transfer and ensuring sustainable technological development

Complete study of production technology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in manufacturing technology, production engineering or process development Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes, ideally in assembly and/or electronics production Experience in the technical coordination of projects or interdisciplinary teams Good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level B2) Knowledge in project management and in lean and continuous improvement methods Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to complex technical issues Sovereign communication and secure coordination of different stakeholders
