Production Scheduling Employee (m/f/d)

You ensure compliance with QMS, food regulations, safety and product protection (Food Defense) in production planning

You are responsible for the demand-oriented order planning of the finished goods taking into account capacities and sales forecasts

You monitor and tax the finished goods stock to ensure delivery

You plan export orders in the make-to-order process as well as high-volume action stores (e.g. Advent Calendar, Winterbox)

You actively release the finished goods and return completed work orders in the system

You agree closely with sales, production, logistics and quality assurance in order to smoothly put planning decisions into practice

You care and update the planning-relevant master data

completed commercial or technical training, alternatively a study with reference to BWL, economic engineering or logistics

Multiannual professional experience in production planning, disposition or supply chain, ideally in the food or consumer goods industry

Very good German knowledge, further language skills (e.g. English) of advantage

Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. Infor) as well as advanced MS-Excel knowledge

Embossed organizational talent, communication strength and enforcement capability in handling internal and external interfaces

Loadability and flexibility in short-term plan changes, e.g. during action transactions
