Instructor for the field of electrical engineering (m/f/d)

Training, support and promotion of professional and technical trainees, in particular electronics technicians (automating and operating technology) and mechatronics technicians in our own training workshop Implementation of basic training metal and electrical as well as other relevant training contents Excellent preparation of trainees for interim and final examinations Organisation of the use of trainees in specialist departments Close cooperation with personnel and specialist departments, training officers and vocational schools, the IHK and relevant institutes and companies Continuous technical and educational training Coordination and further development of vocational training Planning, organisation and support of training projects mentoring and individual development of trainees taking into account their needs Implementation of internal courses in the field of SPS/E-Pneumatics and internal training in operation Participation in training fairs and support in recruiting trainees

Complete training as an electronic or comparable industrial and technical training in the electrical and mechatronic sectors including training examination (AEVO) Master or technician of advantage Reliable professional experience in electrical engineering, experience in glass technology/process engineering Embossed educational-didactic skills High social competence in dealing with trainees, executives and partners A reliable, organized and careful way of working Team skills and empathy as well as resilience
