Team Leader Reporting (m/f/d)

Technical and disciplinary leadership of a national expert team, including ensuring efficient processes and smooth cooperation in day-to-day business. Systematic promotion and further development of your employees through regular feedback, coaching and individual development and qualification measures. Active stakeholder management and close cooperation with relevant internal and external contacts, bodies and interfaces. Responsibility for the planning, prioritization and successful implementation of further development projects in the field of reporting / bank management – from the idea to implementation in ongoing operation. Overarching, trusting cooperation with the other reporting and banking management teams to ensure consistent processes, products and standards in the SR Group.

Complete university or dual studies (e.g. economics, (economic) informatics, mathematics or a comparable qualification), ideally related to bank management, reporting or risk management. multiannual, relevant professional experience in the banking field, preferably in statistical or supervisory reporting, practical knowledge of BIRD / iReF or experience in comparable areas of a credit institution; ideally with experience in the Sparkassen financial group. Tested leadership in the technical and disciplinary management of expert teams, including staff development, coaching and planning of personnel and material resources. Detectional experience in large-scale projects as well as high affinity and fun to accompany regulatory issues (e.g. in reporting), to explain them in a comprehensible manner and to translate them into sustainable solutions and processes. Embossed customer orientation and team capacity combined with strong communication and networking capability across different stakeholders and hierarchical levels.
