In the Group Digital Sales Enablement (IESA) of Enterprise IT, together with VOIS and external partners, we develop solutions for our internal customers. In addition to the Enterprise business unit, we also serve individual solutions for customer requirements of Finance and Consumer. The Center of Excellence Salesforce bundles the expertise to integrate Salesforce.com products into the Vodafone Business Processes and IT landscape.

As Senior Salesforce Developer / Administrator (m/w/d), you are responsible for operating system analysis with analysis of errors and performance problems. You carry out Root Cause analyses and initiate troubleshooting measures. You develop customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Flows and integrate third-party tools and APIs. You administrate and configure by maintaining and adjusting salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules and permissions. You manage user roles, profiles and security policies in close cooperation with our VOIS colleagues. You are actively involved in implementing new features and optimizing existing processes in an agile team as Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator (m/w/d). You are contact:in -and coordinate the cooperation of business units and IT partners. You create and update IT solution designs and concepts in line with the business units and IT partners. You support decision-making by analyzing solution variants and costs.

What distinguishes you: A completed study of computer science, engineering, or mathematics or comparable training. At least 5 years of professional experience in IT solution design, software development and/or IT project management. Multiannual practical experience with the applications from the Salesforce.com derivative (e.g. Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud). Above-average expressions in method, social and leadership skills, especially in virtual teams with offshore developments in India & Hungary. Self-employed and responsible working methods as well as team skills, reliability, resilience and willingness to learn. Ready to support and execute deployments outside business hours. Knowledge of tools (TTWOS, ITSM, JIRA, Github ...) are of advantage. Flowing German and English skills (B2 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
