Regulatory Manager Network Industry Temporary (m/f/d)

Regulation management You will develop regulatory strategies and launch applications for cost assessment as well as setting revenue ceilings with the aim of optimising revenue. You analyse regulatory, legal and company-internal requirements, evaluate options for action and take appropriate measures. You prepare decision bases for the management and support negotiations with regulatory authorities through sound analyses and meaningful information. Planning and forecasting process You plan the revenue ceiling and tax the energy-economic part of the medium-term planning. You analyze planning results, guide strategies to achieve corporate and corporate goals and develop appropriate measures. You develop measures from the outcome of the planning process and implement them in the revenue ceiling planning. Network assessments You carry out regulatory evaluations on special projects regarding network lease, network purchase and investment projects. You develop and evaluate action options, prepare sound decision templates and advise the management on possible action options. Reporting You create, analyze and interpret reports, key figures and evaluations for internal reporting. You support quarterly and annual accounts as well as planning and group reporting processes through the processing of relevant data and analyses. Contracts You participate in the creation of regulatoryly relevant service contracts.

You have completed your university degree (Master / Diploma) in the field of economics, economic engineering, engineering or a comparable degree course. You have several years of professional experience in the fields of regulation and network management. You bring well-founded knowledge of regulatory practice and relevant energy laws and regulations as well as regulatory frameworks. You analyze complex issues quickly, think strategically and develop robust solutions and recommendations for action. You are characterized by a high degree of self-initiative, self-employment and sense of responsibility. You are convinced by communication strength, enforcing ability and willingness to dialogue as well as through knowledge of German in word and writing.
