Your tasks As a Managing Consultant (m/w/d) with Focus Time, you take responsibility for your topic and shape how we implement Time with the customer: Time is yours. You develop our time focus professionally and give the direction: from time economy, shift and supplement models to tariff and country specifics to gearing with payroll. As a specialist point of contact, you set standards, meet central solution decisions and shape how we implement Time with our customers. You control challenging time-rollouts end to end – from the requirement recording and solution design to customizing to go-live and hypercare. With international rollouts, you also make sure that country-specific time rules are integrated into the global template. You conduct workshops independently and at eye level with HR management, IT and co-determination. Just because the works council often sits at the table at Time, it needs technical clarity and a sovereign moderation. You develop Junior Consultants professionally, establish best practices and develop our time expertise in the team. You bring new impulses into our projects: With our own tools and AI approaches, we standardize SuccessFactors projects. You identify specific applications with which time processes can be simplified and automated. Here is more information about our Benefits Your profile You bring well-founded SuccessFactors experience and can guide challenging time projects professionally. You should bring that with you: Multiannual consulting experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally five years or more, which you have collected predominantly in a consulting house. Founded project experience with SuccessFactors Time – especially in the design and implementation of time management, shift, supplement or absence models. Several end-to-end implementations in a responsible role, from request intake and solution design to go level. Experience in leading a subject or project stream, establishing standards and developing less experienced consultants. Disciplinary leadership is possible, but no requirement. A sovereign occurrence over HR management, project management, decision-makers and co-determination. Very good German knowledge for secure communication with our customers as well as readiness for project-dependent customer appointments.
