The CF team members ensure that our customers receive their orders at the speed we are known for. We work in filling centers that form the heart of Amazon's dynamic operating network. Our full-filment centers are sometimes also referred to as the “first mile” (First Mile) – here most Amazon packages start their shipping route. We support the management of a dynamic stock and enable quick delivery around the clock. A wide range of staff groups are employed in our filling centres. As Stores Coordinator:in you are the link between the procurement camps and the procurement team in the dispatch center (FC). You log business activities, report possible problems and support in finding remedies. You are the first point of contact for all stored standard articles.• Ensure that the goods enter in time, according to the monthly closing process • Continuous inventory monitoring, cycle counting and escalation of deviations. Management of stocks (important business indicators) • Central point of contact for operating teams in relation to all goods not in stock (except technology and IT equipment) • Ensure the availability of goods in accordance with the specified stocks (e.g. seasonal demand: e.g. winter jacket, winter shoes) • Requirement of reorders by the purchasing assistant or self-employed reordering by approved providers • Coordination and verification of deliveries, storage processes and 5S standards throughout the entire storage area managed by the procurement A day in the life You work with the internal security, damage prevention, training and development departments as well as with external providers and service providers. You are responsible for booking every day all goods in the inventory management system (Oracle). About the team With the fulfillment of our customer orders (Customer Fulfillment or CF)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced knowledge of German in word and writing. (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)
• experience in problem solving and identifying problems based on key figures and data.
• Experience in dealing with the MS Office Suite (WordExcel, ).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• English.
• Experience in the fields of logistics/operation/storage/customer-oriented environment.
• You have a measure of lasting attention to detail.
• You are able to work independently, sometimes under minimal supervision, and thus prove your ability to effectively divide and prioritize your time to adhere to goals even under time pressure.
