For the field of pneumology in our clinic for thorax surgery, we are looking for an obstetrician (m/w/d)!

The Department of Pneumology is attached to the Department of Thorax Surgery and is headed by the chief physician for Thorax Surgery Mr. Dipl.-Med. Arno Hapich.

The equipment of the Südharz Klinikum corresponds to one clinic of maximum care and has for example 12 operating rooms with two operating robots (Da Vinci Xi and X®)! Between the clinics and institutes of our house there is a close interdisciplinary cooperation, so for example in the case of diagnostics and therapy we can provide an in-house functional diagnosis incl. Sleep laboratory and a center for rehabilitation and physiotherapy. In addition, our clinics for radiotherapy and nuclear medicine, the Institutes for Radiology, Laboratory Diagnostics, Transfusion Medicine and Microbiology are technically highly equipped and can provide complex treatment options. Your tasks The clinic for pneumology has 26 beds. In addition to the necessary diagnostics, the comprehensive treatment of diseases of the upper respiratory tract and lungs, in particular of obstructive respiratory tract diseases, and diseases of the lung scaffold (pulmonary fibrosis) including the setting of patients for non-invasive respiratory tract is carried out.
