Whether RPA, Power Platform or Agentic AI – you work with modern technologies to make complex financial and accounting processes smarter, more efficient and sustainable. You complement our low-code team with your IT skills and set depths where standard functions are at their limits. What you do with us: You develop robust and scalable automation solutions for financial and accounting processes – focusing on performance, wartability and reusability. You work with tools like UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, JavaScript, Python and LLM-based frameworks. You complement our low-code solutions specifically with your own developments – within the framework of the platforms. You develop prototypes, automate complex use cases and convert them into productive solutions. You advise our low-code team on technical issues, architectural decisions and tool selection. You work closely with consultants, departments and IT – from request analysis to go level. You are introducing new impulses, observing the market and helping us develop our hyperautomation strategy and best practices.

What convinces us: First of all, your personality: Your analytical thinking and your structured way of working help you quickly understand technical issues. Your fun in the technical problem solution as well as your curiosity about new possibilities and techniques make it easy for you to contribute to team success. A completed study in (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. Experience in the development of automation solutions – ideally with platforms such as UiPath or Power Platform as well as programming languages such as JavaScript or Python. Knowledge of data structures and cloud data platforms (e.g. snowflake) and their integration into automation processes. Understanding architectural questions and enjoying empowering a team with heterogeneous IT experience. Interesting in new technologies such as LLMs, Agentic AI, Process Mining or IDP and continuing to focus on new technologies. Very good knowledge of German and good English. Openness for low code – and desire to go new ways together with us.
