Your tasks

Support throughout the recruiting process – from job alerts to recruitment Viewing and processing of incoming applications Communication with applicants:inside (first calls, appointment, feedback etc.) Care and management of our applicant management system Participation in the design and development of our employer branding activities Support in the organisation of recruiting events and career fairs Planning and communication of interviews and effective integration of new employees into the company Management and optimization of on- and off-boarding processes to ensure a positive experience for all employees Active participation and implementation of measures to strengthen our employer brand to position the company as an attractive employer

Closed commercial training (e.g. in the field of office management, office services, human resources, industry, wholesale and foreign trade, etc., as well as as recruiters, staff representatives or in the search for personnel and recruitment) First knowledge in the field of personnel, e.g. through practical experience or a corresponding training Basic understanding for recruiting processes and applicant management Interest in employer branding and modern recruiting channels Structured, reliable and independent operation Communication strength and safe occurrence High social competence Excellent knowledge in all MS Office programs, possibly Experience with HR software and digital tools for personnel management Very good understanding, team capacity, independent work, initiative, flexibility, organisational skills, discretion German and English knowledge (in word and writing)
