In cooperation with the EVIM Education, we in the framework of a diverse and innovative cooperation project in Groß-Gerau are geared to the offer "EBU - Education and Education". We combine school and youth assistance to support students aged 12-18 with social-emotional support needs through social-edagogical group work. In the morning you support the lessons and accompany students in different learning groups or in individual settings. In the afternoon you create creative leisure opportunities and promote social learning in practical areas of life.

How your day looks like • You accompany students in close cooperation with your team and teachers, promote their personal development and strengthen their self-confidence through empathy and creativity • With your own ideas, you will create diverse individual and group offers in the field of creative design, sport, nature, cooking, experience education and accompany other events (e.g. ProFamilia, training fair, internship search) • As part of the reference service, you will take on assistance planning and conduct discussions in the context of the social education goal implementation with the participants • You work in an esteeming environment and encourage a trusting cooperation with teammates, teachers, regional partners and the youth office and shape team conferences and exam sessions with • Small classes, a large outdoor area, a (creative) workshop and versatile leisure facilities await you

We wish you • You have successfully completed a qualification as an educator, social worker, social education, medical education (m/w/d) or similar • Practical experience in social fields of action, at best in dealing with challenging behaviour (but not a requirement) • A professional attitude to proximity and distance in pedagogical work is of course for you • You are happy with the team work • You are empathic, creative, sport-interested and vividly beyond the edge of the plate
