Working Student Personnel Development (m/f/d)

As a working student:in the field of personnel development with a focus on training management, you will take on the following diverse tasks: Contact person:in: You are the first contact point for our executives and employees on the subject of further education. Innovative training management: You take on the planning, organisation and administration of our diverse training activities (e.g. seminars, workshops, in-house trainings). Coordination of service providers: You are professionally tuning with training providers to ensure optimal training content and formats (e.g. for our language and IT trainings). Care and Management: You're puggling our learning management system (LMS) and making our (internal) training offer visible to our colleagues. Variety: If necessary, you support the projects of the staff and organizational development team.

You are at least 2 years registered:r Student:in economics or humanities, with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable degree course. Availability: You are available at least 3 days a week and can support us 15-20 hours. Communication strength & team spirit: You are contactful, go open to various contacts: inside and enjoy working in the team. Own responsibility & organisational skills: You prioritize your tasks independently, keep an overview and perform your work conscientiously. Innovation spirit: You are looking for new and innovative ways to make our training management efficient and up-to-date. IT affinity: A basic understanding of IT topics is desirable, but not absolutely necessary. Language skills: You have fluent German language skills in word and writing (CEFR level C1 or higher).
