Processing and coordination of technical queries from delivery companies in case of framework contract calls and orders Coordination with system and design support for technical communications, announcements, different offers and obsolescence topics Examination of offers and announcements as well as derivation of measures for disposition, customer support, storage and logistics Ensuring the timely availability of materials for DB InfraGO AG and the finding of solutions with regard to technical requests from customers: inside the control and safety technology Creation of reports and statistics to control the obsolescence process and the disposition Coordination of measures in the signalling plant, especially with the customer service center

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical/university studies in the technical or economic field, for example as an electrical engineer:in, civil engineer:in or economic engineer:in Experience in material management, processing of technical customer requests and handling of delivery companies knowledge of obsolescence management and analysis of quantities of valuable materials Secure application of SAP R/3 or comparable data analysis systems Designed coordination capabilities of different interfaces and projects, reliability in documentation and information sharing as well as an independent and structured way of working Communication strength, enforcement capacity and readiness to take responsibility
