Our Defence & Security business unit is a recognized technical service provider at national and international level and supports its customers in designing solutions, supporting complex development and implementation projects and during the operation of modern platforms and systems. We develop a modular software framework for technical-operational analysis of military scenarios in the context of European air forces. The analyses include both current systems such as e.g. the Eurofighter and future developments such as the Next Generation Weapon System. In addition to a representative illustration of the physical relationships (e.g. flight mechanics, radar technology, etc.), there are above all new methods in cross-platform decision-making and mission planning that open up new analysis possibilities.

Preparation, analysis and evaluation of simulation results and development of new simulation environments for existing and future flying weapon systems Take over the support and further development of an existing flight simulator Development and maintenance of simulation environments for combat aircraft based on expertise in Matlab/Simulink Creation and discussion of requirements of the simulation environment, including in coordination with the customer Bundeswehr Accompanying sophisticated projects in the field of flight simulation as well as independent acquisition of (partial) projects after appropriate incorporation Presentation of successful activities in the field of simulation with customers, potential clients and project partners

Complete study of engineering, computer science or comparable technical studies Very good knowledge of modeling and simulation Knowledge of MATLAB/SIMULINK, flight system dynamics, flight control and flight management Good knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages (C, C++, Fortran) as well as readiness for further programming languages Very good German and good English skills
