As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With more than 8,000 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. The Cyber Innovation Hub of the Bundeswehr (CIHBw) was launched in 2017 to support the digital transformation of the Bundeswehr as the Digital Innovation Unit (DIU). Our Vision Empowering Innovation in Defence is geared to the needs of soldiers and civilian employees in the department of the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg). Their work is to be supported and facilitated by innovative ideas and solutions from the startup world. We serve as an interface between the Bundeswehr and the start-up ecosystem. We accelerate the exchange with the European and international start-up ecosystem, also in the public sector rely on agile working methods and entrepreneurial thinking and link digital experts with the Bundeswehr. We work on demanding projects within the framework of commissioning by the Bundeswehr and are involved in future-relevant innovation projects. Our team combines technical excellence with an open, collegial working atmosphere. We offer insights into operational financial processes as well as strategic and innovative projects with high relevance. As a working student, you support our finance experts in a clearly professional role. .
