What we do The SAN-Active Homecare GmbH organizes outpatient care where You count: in the everyday life of the patient. We work in a structured manner with medical practices, care services, clinics, facilities and cost-beneficiaries – with the aim of making care stable, comprehensible and implementable. You make clear processes, short decision-making and colleagues who work with each other professionally – not against each other.

Outpatient care:inside with acute and chronic wounds in the regional area (home visits)

Wundassessment, therapy planning, process control and clean documentation

Product selection and application of modern wound care products/Verbandtechniken

Instructions of patients: females and relatives as well as coordination with nursing services/practice

Interface work with drainage management, facilities and health insurance

Working with standards, quality assurance and internal training

Completed training as a nurse (health and nursing, old care, etc.)

Skill expert:in or specialist therapist:in wound ICW (or comparable) desirable

You work structured, advise clear and remain reliable even in complex processes

driving licence class B

Indefinite job, planned work without shiftwork

salary: 45,000–60.000 € gross/year (depending on qualification and experience)

Full time: 38.5 hours/week (part time from 30 hours/week possible)
