Site Manager / Foreman Photovoltaics (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced building site manager / foreman (m/w/d), who takes full responsibility for the organization, coordination and successful implementation of our photovoltaic construction sites.

Your tasks**

• Responsibility for the organisation and implementation of PV construction sites
• Guided tour of the assembly teams on site
• independent planning of workflows and personnel and resource use
• Material order and timely provision in close coordination with the office
• Building site and appointment monitoring
• Ensuring compliance with work safety, regulations and building site standards
• Contact for customers, construction management, electricians and project managers

Your profile**

• Multiannual experience in the field of photovoltaics or comparable construction/assembly projects
• Embossed leadership qualities and enforcement
• High level of responsibility and organisational strength
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented operation
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (forced required)
• Class B licence (forced required)
• Polish knowledge of advantage
