In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a business lawyer (m/w/d) with a multi-year professional experience that supports our specialist areas as a pragmatic/reliable/reliable contact person in all economic issues – focusing on IT contracts, procurement law and regulatory issues. You examine, formulate and revise contracts as well as other legal documents and provide legal, practical formulations.

You analyze and evaluate tender and award documents and accompany the process from a legal point of view – from document testing to query/clearance phase.

You conduct contract and contract negotiations with customers:inside, suppliers and other business partners, you represent our interests in a solution-oriented and economical manner.

You process the legal correspondence (including opinions, votes, letters of response) and ensure a clear, structured documentation.

You work closely with our external lawyers:inside and notary:income, coordinate the assignment, provide necessary information and implement action recommendations in a targeted manner

You bring a completed study as an economic lawyer:in (LL.B./LL.M.) or a comparable qualification with

You have several years of professional experience in the legal department of a company, a firm, an association or another, ideally in the field of IT law

You have been able to gain experience in procurement law or in the examination of tender documents, as well as knowledge in data protection (GDPR) and contract documents

Your negotiating security, clear communication and pragmatic solution orientation

You bring very good German and English skills
