Head of Global Plant Safety (m/f/d)

Construction, organisation and further development of global factory protection including operational planning (own factory protection and external service providers) Development, maintenance and implementation of global safety and object protection concepts and participation in technical safety devices Monitoring the state of safety and order in the works, including monitoring compliance with safety rules and coordination of measures in special occasions Close cooperation with internal and external bodies (e.g. factory management, authorities, security services) and control in emergency and crisis situations Leadership and further development of the associated employees:inside and building an international security network

Complete training with safety-relevant additional qualification (e.g. certified factory protection specialist, master:in for protection and safety, police service, Bundeswehrschutzdienst) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in factory protection or object protection, ideally in senior function Knowledge of object security, access control systems and emergency and crisis management Experience in personnel management and service planning Good knowledge of occupational health and safety as well as strong communication strength and decision-making
