In our clinic, Haustechniker (m/w/d) Maintenance is an important contact for technical issues, minor repairs and the maintenance of our buildings and outdoor facilities. In order to support our team, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible home technician (m/w/d), who, with technical understanding, craftsmanship and a friendly appearance, ensures a smooth operation in the hospital everyday.

Disruption and inspection, repair and maintenance of electrical installations Support for maintenance and repair and control of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities Monitoring the order and the correct overall condition of the clinic Detection and reporting of defects and special events Implementation of smaller construction and renovation work Cooperation, control and acceptance of services of external service providers Periodic emergency service outside service hours for incidents and emergency

Complete craft or technical training, e.g. as an electrician, plant mechanic or equivalent training Professional experience in technical or crafts Ideally knowledge of high- and low-voltage technology and in communication, fire detection and building control technology Experience in handling HKLS systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary facilities) Self-employed, careful and solution-oriented work Ready to use, flexibility and loadability Teamability and service orientation driving licence class B Good PC knowledge and safe handling of MS Office
