From now on we are looking for old care helpers for senior institutions in Moers and the surrounding area. In cooperation with the facilities, we offer you different layer models.

Your advantages:

• Regular working hours / punctual evening

• Intensive training and qualified training Your tasks:

• Basic care: washing, showering, body care, dressing and dressing

• Help with mobility and movement, e.g. standing up, walking, transfer from bed to wheelchair

• Food and drink support and, if necessary, Sufficient meals

• Implementation of simple care measures under the guidance of nurses

• Observing the physical and psychological state of the seniors and passing on changes to the care team

• Participation in activating measures and social offers

• Support for domestic activities, e.g. beds, order in the room

• Compliance with hygiene standards and quality guidelines Your profile:

• First experience in the care of older people or care for older people, care base qualification (probable, but not obligatory)

• Sensitivity, patience and joy in working with senior citizens

• Physical and psychological stress

• Teamability, communication strength and responsibility awareness

• Willingness to shift, weekend and holiday work (depending on institution)

• Reliable and careful operation

• Basic knowledge of nursing documentation and hygiene desirable
