As Meier-Medizintechnik GmbH, we have been supplying safety-critical equipment for more than 19 years across Europe. If there is a problem in emergency or tactical medicine, it is necessary to react quickly, cleanly and legally. For this we need you as an experienced reinforcement in the field of complaints and product recalls.

Processing of medical devices, equipment or packaging complaints: recording, evaluation, documentation and handling Coordination and implementation of product recalls according to MDR, MPDG and internal QS requirements, including customer notification and authority communication (e.g. with BfArM) Close exchange with product management, purchasing and suppliers to explain the causes Responsible communication with authorities, customers and sales partners Maintenance of processes in the ERP and DMS system, including time-limit control and complete traceability Support for product safety and operational implementation of legal reporting obligations

A commercial or medical training (e.g. industrial businessman/wife, businesswoman in health care, MFA, PTA, etc.) Experience in the field of complaint, QS or Regulatory Affairs is a real plus You work conscientiously, structured and keep control even in complex processes You communicate safely – in writing as by phone, internally and externally Good knowledge of German in word and writing, English for recalls with international partners Safe handling of MS Office; Experience with ERP and DMS systems (e.g. Lexware, ELO)
