Buyer (m/f/d)

As a buyer (m/w/d) at PELIA Gebäudesysteme GmbH in Koblenz, you are an integral part of our purchasing team. You think, keep an overview and make sure that the right thing is available at the right time. Between demand planning, supplier management and negotiations, you move safely and find solutions when it gets tight. With your sense of processes, numbers and relationships, you contribute to optimizing costs, ensuring availability and continuously developing processes. Your tasks: Responsible disposition and procurement of materials and goods Ensuring the timely availability of materials taking into account stocks, needs and delivery times Selection, support and further development of suppliers Conducting price, contract and contract negotiations with suppliers Monitoring of delivery dates and proactive clarification of deviations Analysis of purchasing codes and derivation of appropriate measures to optimise costs, stocks and processes Close cooperation with customer service, production, sales, internal services, logistics and other internal interfaces Working with the continuous improvement of purchasing and disposition processes

Completed commercial or technical training or study First professional experience in purchasing, disposition or a comparable function Embossed understanding of processes, relationships and figures Safe and sovereign appearance in dealing with suppliers Negotiating skills as well as enforcing ability combined with a partnership communication method Structured, independent and proactive operation Good organizational skills and a high solution orientation Safe handling of ERP systems and common MS Office applications, especially Excel very good German knowledge Experiences in the field of SHK or Haustechnik of advantage
