Become Senior Consultant (m/w/d) at the Sparkasse KölnBonn – at the location Cologne. We are looking for you as a reinforcement for our team, which will be composed of eight employees in the future and responsible for the implementation of new supervisory requirements in the reporting industry. We are currently preparing for future supervision by the ECB and implementing extensive innovations in the context of in- and external reporting projects in a dynamic regulatory environment. In addition, the fulfilment of supervisory disclosure obligations under CRR and the implementation of the regular and extraordinary impact studies of the Basel Board of Banking Supervision and of the European and German supervisory tasks of the team.

Your tasks – we will inspire you You analyze the impact of new regulatory projects at national and European level in the context of reporting for our house. In-house projects to implement the new regulatory requirements will guide you and assist in projects of our service providers Sparkassen Rating, Risk Systems and Financial Informatics. You will develop the existing notification creation processes and optimise them with regard to regulatory requirements. Significant reporting rates are planned and taxed and you develop measures to optimize and ensure quality. You build knowledge in the field of data modeling and are responsible for the further development of analysis and evaluation possibilities.

Your profile – this is how you inspire us You have a successfully completed economic studies or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in the reporting/risk management/credit business of a bank or in a management consultancy. You have a well-founded knowledge of the existing supervisory rules, in particular in the field of CRR. If you are dealing with large amounts of data, you are passionate about data evaluations and analyses and ideally have SQL expertise. You are characterized by very good structuring, problem-solving and communication skills.
