Together with us, you are worried about the future digital capability of the Bundeswehr. Incident Spezialist 2nd Level - Print (m/w/d) now and in full time in Leipzig. The Print and Mobility department is responsible for the SLA-compliant operation of the print services. In addition to the professional provision of the printer drivers necessary for printer operation, the department is also responsible for the operation of the network printers and network scanners including the device drivers, firmware and their distribution.

SLA-compliant operation of the services Operational implementation of an ITIL-compliant lncident, problem and change management process, with main focus on the Incident Management Process Support and management of network printers and scanners via central HP management tools (WJA, JASM) Creation and updating of knowledge management and operational documentation entries Support for problem management and 3rd level support in error analysis Support and implementation of the printer rollout On-site evaluations of hard, soft, and firmware of a wide variety of print equipment at the site

Complete vocational training with a focus on IT (e.g. specialist informatics for system integration) 3 years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas: HP printer / scanner, HP management software WJA or JASM, client & server architecture, Active Directory, firewall and network topology as well as Microsoft Office ITIL v3 Foundation certification or newer of advantage Own initiative, communication and team skills as well as conceptual and analytical thinking German language skills in word and writing
