Support in the costing of construction projects in railway construction taking into account technical and economic requirements Creation and preparation of offers and offer documents Examination and evaluation of tender documents Participation in the analysis of costs, opportunities and risks in the supply phase Interface function between costing, construction management and purchasing Acquisition and comparison of subcontractors and suppliers Support in the creation and processing of supplements Maintenance and documentation of project and offer data Contribution to ensuring punctuality in rail transport Participation in a sustainable transport infrastructure Participation in the implementation of major infrastructure investment projects

Technical training (e.g. HTL, studies in civil engineering) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical interior services, in calculation or in a comparable function in construction First experience in handling tenders and offer processes of advantage Structured and accurate work and good technical understanding Embossed cost awareness and organizational skills Secure handling of MS Office; ideally knowledge of iTWO or comparable software Teamability and reliable and independent working Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
