Process Engineer (m/f/d)

Investigation and documentation of workflows as well as identification of inefficiencies, bottlenecks or sources of errors, including support of investment projects Determination of optimization options or strategies to eliminate vulnerabilities, reduce costs, improve quality, shorten throughput times or reduce resource consumption Implementation of elaborate changes and new processes using methods such as Lean Management or Six Sigma Monitoring and assessment of the impact of the measures taken Analysis and evaluation of data and key figures for measuring the performance of processes Considering the interactions between man, technology and organization in the design of processes, including legal aspects

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering, mechatronics or a comparable discipline Long-standing professional experience in the industrial environment, ideal for machine or plant engineering Knowledge gained in Lean Production, REFA as well as working and time management Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed analytical thinking, structured working and high team orientation Creative, visionary and pragmatic approach, self-initiative and enforcement Working time model: 35 hours/week
