KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d) with Focus Systems & Tools.

In this role, you will significantly shape the digital future of our Customer Service & Logistics area. You develop, coordinate and maintain our system landscape and contribute decisively to the harmonisation and optimization of the processes behind it.

This exciting and varied position is unlimited and full-time at the Einbeck or Wohlde site.

You can look forward to this: Responsibility, coordination and further development of the system landscape in the German market with a focus on order processing, in particular specialist dealer portal Harmonisation of existing processes on all cultures – including the introduction of own innovative ideas to achieve the higher-level process objectives Conception, optimization and implementation of interfaces between relevant systems (SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft) in close cooperation with internal and external service providers Definition of Customer Service & Logistics requirements and representation of these in international projects (e.g. within the S4/HANA Rollouts) Implementation of acceptance tests as well as in-house training together with end users and support for technical problems

Completed studies or training, ideally focusing on business informatics or comparable qualifications Funded system and process understanding as well as first professional experience in IT project management or in a comparable position In-depth knowledge of SAP, in particular SAP SD, and/or Salesforce Sovereign Stakeholder Management as well as excellent communication capability, combined with enforcement strength High flexibility, initiative as well as a structured, reliable and independent operation German and English language skills in word and writing
