IT specialist as ERP manager (m/f/d)

In your role, you are responsible for the administration of our goods management system MS Navision. You are the first and second-level support point and make sure that all IT devices work smoothly in our administration and production. You will troubleshoot technical problems and find solutions quickly. You regularly communicate with external service providers to optimally maintain third-party software and hardware. In addition, you work closely with our central IT department to continuously improve our IT infrastructure. For projects and changes, you bring your ideas and support in implementation. Since we also work in the standby service, the team’s willingness to call is one of your tasks – naturally changing in the team so that everything remains fair.

You have a completed training as a specialist:in, a study with a focus on computer science or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have already gained experience with ERP systems, especially in change and project management. If you also have knowledge of ITIL, this is a big plus. Very good English skills in word and writing are of course for you to ensure that communication with our international partners runs smoothly.
