The Augsburg Innovation Park is one of the most important technology-oriented development and innovation structures in Bavaria and a central player in the areas of innovation promotion, technology transfer and regional economic development. Over 2000 employees work in research and development facilities and technology-oriented companies from future-relevant industries. In close cooperation with the city of Augsburg, the county of Augsburg and the Free State of Bavaria, the Augsburg Innovation Park has developed into a modern, economically stable and broadly connected organization, which effectively combines science and business, strengthens technological clusters and creates an attractive environment for innovation and knowledge transfer. In the course of a regulated succession, we are looking for the 1st handover. December 2026 a professionally versed and humanly convincing personality as Manager (m/w/d). In this key position, you bear the overall strategic and operational responsibility for Augsburg Innovationspark GmbH. They design the long-term development of the innovation park as a powerful technology and science location and at the same time ensure an economically stable and sustainable operation. As Managing Director (m/w/d), you are the central contact person for the shareholders, in particular the city of Augsburg, and work closely with political, economic and scientific actors. They initiate and control key future projects, develop the site conceptually and represent the Innovation Park to the outside at regional, national and international level. .
