A completed study (FH/TH) of the Department of Civil Engineering, Architecture or Economic Engineering Multiannual professional experience in the execution of larger projects (> 15 million €) Good user knowledge in MS-Office as well as in a costing and billing program (ideally RIB iTWO) Enforcement, negotiation skills and leadership experience An independent, committed and systematic way of working Entrepreneurial thinking and action, willingness to use, initiative and team spirit complete your profile

Self-employed acquisition of orders as well as systematic customer support in coordination with the department management Generally responsible management of construction projects in the construction of high and turnkey construction Monitoring of calculations, offers, construction processes and control of the building site results Negotiations with contracting entities and subcontractors Staff deployment planning and management Optional: With increasing experience, you take on additional responsibility in the area of location development
