The position as a production employee (m/w/d) offers the opportunity to gain practical experience in metal processing and to support important processes in production. The daily work is varied and requires a high degree of readiness and precision. The place of work is located in Bad Marienberg and is aimed at people with a passion for manual production.

• Support in the production of metal components and the operation of basic production machines
• Monitoring production processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Careful installation and processing of materials
• Sorting and packaging of finished products and preparation for shipping
• cleaning and maintenance of the work area and the machines used

We are looking for

• experience in production or metalworking environment
• Basic knowledge of the operation and maintenance of production machines
• Physical loadability and the ability to work in a shift operation
• Careful and independent operation and a high degree of reliability
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
