In our Customer Relation Management department, we are responsible for the strategic and operational planning and the implementation, evaluation and further development of CRM programs for our OTTO customers. Together with our interface areas (e.g. Platform Strategy, Communication & Brand Management, BI, Categories, E-Commerce, IT), we develop concepts for customer engagement and interaction and drive forward the necessary further development of the technical infrastructure for automation. Together with your team, you are responsible for the design, implementation and continuous development of automated CRM measures along the entire customer journey. With your deep understanding of marketing automation tools and processes, you design and optimise our communication strategies. Based on a Customer Data Platform (CDP), you develop differentiated and precise customer segments as a basis for highly personalized communication and identify potentials to strengthen customer retention and activation. You design, implement and optimize automated communication lines (e.g. lifecycle, event or behavior trigger) across different channels that inspire our customers. You create AI-based content and integrate it into our marketing automation processes, for example, in the context of text variants or personalization logics. You continuously analyze the performance of customer segments, campaigns and automations and conduct data-based optimizations. You define clear KPI and evaluation logics for automated measures (e.g. conversion, uplift, customer value, incrementality), ensure their measurability and shapely requirements for automated evaluations. You work closely with analytics, technology and other disciplines and actively promote the further development of processes, tools and automation standards.
