What you do good

• They support and support 8 people with sometimes severe mental disabilities with a high level of support in a community-integrated housing community, including 5 seniors, who are also accompanied during the day in the housing group

• You carry the household independently including food preparation and take care of the care of the garden

• They actively promote the further development and participation of clients in the social area of Lorch

• At the turnus you take care of the night

What you want

• They have a corresponding qualification as a curative nurse or nursing professional in the care of the elderly and enjoy the value-adding handling of people with disabilities

• You work structured, self-responsibility and also retain your loadability in challenging situations

• They are characterized by a high level of team skills

• You want to actively shape and promote the inclusion of people with disabilities in their living environment

• They bring the willingness to lead an 8-person household, to maintain a house with a large garden and to accept night willingness
